Who can use Telemedicine services free of charge?
For now, our telemedicine services are covered for Ontario residents by having a valid health card (OHIP). Patients with valid OHIP card in Ontario will not be charged for their telemedicine service.
Who need to pay for our services?
Currently patients from outside Ontario have to pay for our telemedicine services. Pricing ranges depending on the appointment type you select.
If I pay for your services, Will I get receipt?
Yes, you will receive a receipt that may be reimbursed through a health spending account or other extended/private insurance.
How can I Pay?
We accept all type of payment (e-transfer, All credit cards, American Express) through encrypted secure portal.
How do I get Medication refill or prescription?
WESN Health’s doctors will provide a valid accepted prescription that can be sent to any pharmacy in Canada of your choice.

We at WESN Health connect you with a fully licenced Canadian doctors and you can verify the status of their license and view their credentials on the Ontario College of Physicians website.
